Returns and Exchanges
As stated in all listings, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
At this time we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes being ordered or differing colors when colors are stated in each listing. We are so sorry for the inconvenience.
** Mistakes in mailing on our part (i.e. wrong item sent): occasionally we send the wrong order, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send correct item right away along with a return mailer for the incorrect item sent. Please include your full name, order number and specific error in your email.
** Items with small defects: every attempt is made to catch all defects (small print flaws, small holes, small misses in seams), however with only one person checking everything things may be missed. In this case, please send an email to email@example.com along with a picture of the flaw and we will address the issue right away. Please include your full name, order number and specific error (including a picture of the flaw) in your email. Typically we offer either a 50% refund as store credit if you chose to fix the flaw yourself or a return mailer for a full refund once the product is returned.
** Items must be unwashed / unworn in order to return.
** For returns, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of flawed items. Claims made more than 7 days after receipt of item will not be fulfilled.
